AI is redefining the way product teams work, says Muhammad Danish

Muhammad Danish explores how AI is changing the speed of digital product development. It challenges traditional assumptions about team responsibilities, making role boundaries more fluid. Product managers can now create functional prototypes, while designers work directly with code. Engineers are increasingly involved in design decisions, facilitating user experience exploration. New archetypes like 'prototypers', 'builders', and 'maintainers' emerge, indicating that specialization will not disappear, but AI allows specialists to operate beyond traditional boundaries. Decision-making becomes more valuable as execution becomes easier.
