Orange Group Deploys AI Agents for Customer Support

Orange Group has announced the deployment of AI agents to assist customers with billing and account inquiries across more than 26 countries. These agents utilize search technology from U.S.-based Algolia, enhancing automation in customer operations. The technology is designed to handle customer conversations using information drawn from Orange's billing records, tariffs, and product data, rather than relying on the general knowledge of large language models.
