VAST Data and Hyperfusion Partnership Enhances AI Infrastructure

Plans have been announced to integrate the VAST AI Operating System into Hyperfusion's Sentinel modular AI infrastructure, aiming to deliver sovereign AI inference quickly. Power, cooling, and data center capacity are critical constraints for AI deployment, prompting a rethink of how organizations run inference. The Sentinel package, featuring 96 GPUs, allows for the deployment of intelligent data centers in transportable units, enhancing data access speed.
