ModelBest Launches MiniCPM-V 4.7 with New Enhancements for Mobile Devices

ModelBest has announced the release of MiniCPM-V 4.7, the new generation of its multimodal model family, available in two sizes: 35B-A3B and 1B. The 35B-A3B version is the first mixture-of-experts model in the MiniCPM-V series, operating on the iPhone 17 Pro Max with only 3GB of memory. ModelBest employs a new acceleration technique called LES, allowing the model to activate about 3 billion parameters per token and achieve impressive benchmark scores on MMBench and OCRBench. The 1B version improves on basic capabilities, outperforming Qwen3.5 in overall efficiency.
