Multi-agent AI systems are increasingly taking over supply chain execution as enterprise networks face diminishing returns from static dashboards. Lenovo reported this operational transition through its global iChain infrastructure, covering 180 markets, over 30 factories, and 100 logistics centers. The results indicated that fulfillment decisions were made three times faster, disruption responses were four times quicker, and risk assessments achieved 85% accuracy.
