Researchers found that a roughly seven-minute conversation with Google Gemini can effectively reduce conspiracy beliefs regarding current crises. This method proved more effective than a static fact sheet, with follow-up surveys indicating that the impact persisted for beliefs about entirely different events weeks later. This finding highlights the potential of AI in combating misinformation, suggesting a valuable tool for enhancing critical thinking within the Arab community.
