Limited Shipments of H200 Chips Arrive in China Amid Regulatory Constraints

A shipment of advanced AI chips, the H200, has arrived in China, with ByteDance and Tencent each receiving about 10,000 processors. Although U.S. authorities approved purchases of up to 100,000 chips, Beijing imposes restrictions on their use via Hong Kong.
