NTT and Samsung validate AI-RAN tech

NTT Docomo and Samsung recently validated AI-RAN technology aimed at optimizing user experience on an individual level to reduce service issues. They asserted that this achievement is a significant step towards predictive architecture expected in 6G networks. The technology, tested in a trial earlier this year in Japan, utilizes AI to analyze user movement patterns and behaviors to predict potential service degradation before it occurs. Instead of applying the same network configuration to every connected device, this technology customizes each user's experience based on real-time network conditions.
