Firebird launches CIS region’s largest AI factory in Armenia to accelerate innovation

Firebird has officially launched the largest AI factory in the Caucasus region in Armenia, with plans to expand its capacity to over 70,000 NVIDIA GPUs by the end of 2027. The facility, built using NVIDIA's AI Factory reference design, provides high-performance computing capacity for developers, startups, and universities. It aims to establish a global infrastructure network reaching 2GW by 2028. This project highlights the importance of investing in AI infrastructure, as Jensen Huang, founder of NVIDIA, stated that these factories are essential for nations to drive economic growth and compete in the age of AI.
