T-Head Unveils Zhengwu M890 AI Chip: 3x Performance Leap

At the Alibaba Cloud Summit, T-Head unveiled the Zhengwu M890, a next-generation AI chip for training and inference. Official data indicates that its performance has improved to three times that of the previous generation, establishing a new industry benchmark. The chip addresses a full range of AI computing tasks, from high-precision model training to ultra-low-bit inference. To enhance multi-chip collaboration, T-Head also launched its self-developed ICN Switch interconnect switch, expanding its full-stack AI infrastructure portfolio.
