Google has launched a new AI image generation app called Pics, designed to simplify photo editing. The app allows users to click on elements they want to change and leave notes instead of writing full instructions, facilitating quick adjustments. Pics utilizes a combination of Google's Gemini model and the Nano Banana 2 model, enhancing its image generation capabilities. This initiative is part of Google's efforts to improve user experience in Workspace applications. During a demonstration, an employee showcased the app by editing a birthday invitation.
