HUMAIN Acquires CNTXT to Enhance AI Service Capabilities

HUMAIN has announced its acquisition of a controlling interest in CNTXT, a cloud and digital services firm established by Aramco and Cognite in 2022. This announcement follows Aramco's recent acquisition of its 49% stake in HUMAIN, which included the transfer of certain technology assets to the national AI company. CNTXT adds enterprise AI, cloud, and cybersecurity services to HUMAIN's platform, with its revenue growing more than fourfold in the past three years. It serves over 400 corporate and government clients, further positioning HUMAIN as a one-stop AI provider for Saudi Arabia.
