Baidu Launches Search Engine with Recursive Self-Evolution Technology

At a product briefing in Beijing on October 30, Baidu announced that its search engine has achieved what it calls recursive self-evolution, launching an upgraded search AI API at promotional prices. Baidu describes self-evolution as a closed loop of retrieval, feedback, and retraining, where every real search and subsequent user feedback are converted into training signals fed back into the system, allowing models to iterate without manual intervention.
