Anthropic Study: Experts Adopt AI Agent's Random Opinions as Their Own

Anthropic conducted a study involving 50 experts who were provided with an AI agent whose preferences were determined by a coin toss. The findings revealed that experts followed the agent's opinions up to 86% of the time in their judgment calls, indicating a significant influence of AI on human decision-making.
