Lingxi X2 Robot Assists at Peking University People's Hospital

AgiBot has announced that its Lingxi X2 robot has become a fixture at the outpatient guidance desk of Peking University People's Hospital, collaborating with Ant Group's Afu health app. Over 66 working days, the robot completed 46,686 interactions, averaging about 707 interactions daily. The Lingxi X2 utilizes a large medical model from Ant Group, responding to routine inquiries with a human-like voice and gestures. It assists patients by directing them to the correct departments, explaining visit procedures, answering medical insurance questions, and providing in-hospital directions.
