Amazon Launches New Agentic AI Service for External Sellers

On Wednesday, Amazon launched a new service based on "agentic AI" aimed at enhancing automation features for external sellers. The service, named "Workflow," continuously executes commands set by sellers, such as sending alerts for sudden rating drops and monitoring specific product prices. The platform allows sellers to store personal files for tailored recommendations, including product pricing and inventory management. Additionally, seller agents can connect with external AI tools, with new support from Amazon's "Quick" and Anthropic's "Claude" services.
