Slack can now vibe-code interactive charts and reports inside chats

Slack has announced a new feature called Slackforce Surfaces, enabling users to create interactive reports, polls, and dashboards directly within chats. Users can describe their needs to Slackbot, which will utilize AI to gather information from relevant conversations and connected applications like Google Drive and Salesforce. Once Slackbot generates the requested surface, users can share it with colleagues and pin it to channels, allowing others to view, interact, and comment on it. In one example, a user requested Slackbot's assistance in creating an arcade-themed visualization of AI token usage.
