Alibaba Launches a Rebuilt Qoder Coding Agent Aimed at Non-Developers

Alibaba has launched Qoder, a new coding agent designed to empower non-technical users to turn their ideas into working software through conversation. Unveiled on August 27, Qoder targets a wide range of users, from professional developers to designers and independent creators. Qoder features background code generation and execution, allowing users to describe ideas in natural language while the agent analyzes and iterates requirements through a chat-based workflow. Alibaba has also introduced real-time voice control and an intuitive user interface to enhance usability.
