'ruya Bank' goes live with Agentic AI services

Ruya Islamic Bank, headquartered in Ajman, has partnered with AI company Magure to establish an AI-native digital bank. Three AI use cases are already live, with AI agents managing document analysis, verification, and case summaries for business account onboarding. These solutions operate within Ruya's private cloud using open-source large language models, ensuring the bank retains full ownership of its AI capabilities. A single AI governance layer has been implemented across the bank, facilitating compliance with regulations and safeguarding customer data.
