The system will read submitted drawings and verify them against the Dubai Building Code, reducing permit issuance times from days to minutes. The project aims to streamline the often slow and document-heavy process of permit issuance. It will allow customers to run pre-submission design checks and receive instant decisions on permit applications, freeing technical staff for higher-value tasks rather than routine document checks.
