The NPC autonomously investigates tasks, plans solutions, develops code, submits PRs, and repairs CI failures, ensuring requirements are met. Its design utilizes on-demand Docker environments, enabling the parallel summoning of multiple NPCs for different tasks without pre-provisioning infrastructure.
