Xiaomi Open-Sources Robotics-U0: A 38B-Parameter Embodied Generative Model That Unifies Four Robot Tasks

Xiaomi has launched the Robotics-U0 model, featuring 38 billion parameters, marking the first unified generative model in embodied AI. This model boasts multiple capabilities, including embodied scene generation, transferring robot trajectories to new environments, and generating interactive robot videos. The model can handle four categories of robotic tasks, including creating multi-view scenes from text descriptions, enabling robots to operate in diverse environments like kitchens and warehouses. It achieved top scores on the WorldArena benchmark, showing a 26% improvement in strategy task completion rates.
