Figma now has AI motion graphics and shader tools

Figma unveiled new updates at the Config conference aimed at empowering creators to advance their ideas. These updates include a reimagined design board optimized for full software development, integrating teams, AI agents, and tools in one place. Among the new features are programming layers that allow users to modify their project code without leaving the Figma design board. AI-generated animation effects were also introduced, enabling users to create transition effects simply by describing them in Figma's chat interface.
