Baidu Restructures MEG, Merges Commerce and E-Commerce Units in Latest AI-Driven Reorganization

This move is part of Baidu's ongoing efforts to transition to an AI-native operating model, with the Digital Human Innovation Business Unit also upgraded to an independent department.
