Chinese scientists create ‘kill-them-all’ algorithm for drone warfare

A research team from Northwest China has launched a new algorithm named HG-STR, promising a radical change in how drone swarms search for and destroy targets. The algorithm enables fixed-wing drones to independently search vast battlefields, allowing them to eliminate all enemies even in scenarios of communication jamming or obstructed visibility. HG-STR is the first known algorithm capable of achieving a 100% success rate in target identification, marking a significant advancement in drone technology.
