G42, a leading UAE technology group, has launched a new entity called Core42, focusing on national-scale AI solutions and services. Formed by merging G42 Cloud, Inception, and Injazat, Core42 aims to play a unique role in the technology landscape by providing a comprehensive platform for UAE's digital transformation agenda. Core42 will deliver scalable cloud solutions, AI cloud infrastructure, and applied AI research, specifically targeting public sector needs. Kiril Evtimov, G42’s Group CTO, will lead the new company, which emphasizes cybersecurity and managed services.
