Space42, Microsoft, and Esri Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Enhance Mapping Capabilities Across Africa

Space42, a subsidiary of G42, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Microsoft and Esri to deliver high-precision base maps across 54 African countries, benefiting over 1.4 billion people. Known as the "Africa Map" initiative, this project aims to create the most comprehensive map of the continent to address infrastructure and investment challenges. The updated system will enhance economic development by increasing access to smart solutions that support governments, businesses, and communities.
