HUMAIN and Infra Announce AI and Digital Financing Framework Agreement

HUMAIN and the National Infrastructure Fund (Infra) announced a Strategic Financing Framework Agreement worth up to $1.2 billion at the World Economic Forum in Davos on January 21, 2026. This agreement aims to support AI and digital infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The framework outlines non-binding financing terms for HUMAIN to develop up to 250 MW of hyperscale AI data center capacity, utilizing advanced GPUs for AI training and inference. Additionally, both organizations plan to explore an investment platform for AI data centers to attract global and local institutional investors.
