Wujie Power, a Tsinghua University spinout, has completed a significant funding round led by Envision Group and the Beijing AI Industry Investment Fund. Notable returning investors include Sequoia China and Hillhouse Ventures, with total angel-stage funding exceeding $200 million. This funding follows a strategic round of 1 billion yuan completed in March, highlighting ongoing investor interest in embodied AI and humanoid robotics. Simultaneously, StarTrace, another portfolio company, closed a funding round exceeding $200 million.
