The lawsuit claims that Meta has pirated millions of works without permission, constituting a copyright violation. Maria Pallante, President of the Association of American Publishers, stated that Meta's infringement of intellectual property threatens scientific research and creativity. The affected works include titles such as "The Fifth Season" and "The Wild Robot," with publishers seeking financial compensation from the court.
