SAS unveils AI Navigator to bring order to enterprise AI and strengthen governance

SAS has announced the launch of SAS AI Navigator, aimed at helping organizations manage their AI usage effectively. Set to be available in Q3 2026 on Microsoft Azure Marketplace, this tool allows users to track and evaluate AI use cases in line with regulatory standards. This initiative comes at a critical time, as Gartner predicts that over 40% of enterprises will face security or compliance incidents related to unauthorized AI by 2030. Reggie Townsend from SAS emphasized that AI governance should be viewed as a growth driver rather than merely a compliance measure.
